OVERVIEW Welcome to Finns BnB, LLC! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Finns BnB, LLC. Finns BnB, LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Finns BnB, LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. To use the Services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information provided is correct, current, and complete.

SECTION 2 - ALCOHOL POLICY AND AGE VERIFICATION

In compliance with Tennessee state law and local regulations in Fentress County, the following policies apply to any Service or product package containing alcoholic beverages:

  • Mandatory Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase any package or service that includes alcohol.

  • Verification Upon Delivery: By placing an order, you authorize Finns BnB, LLC and our delivery partners to verify the age of the recipient upon delivery. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse delivery of alcohol if a valid ID is not presented, if the recipient appears intoxicated, or if the delivery is deemed to violate local regulations. No refunds will be issued for "Stay Details" packages if delivery fails due to age verification issues or the absence of an adult (21+) at the time of delivery.

  • Complimentary Status: Alcohol provided in "Stay Details" packages is complimentary and incidental to the purchase of concierge, property setup, and gift services. We do not sell individual bottles of alcohol.

SECTION 3 - CONCIERGE & "STAY DETAILS" ACCURACY

Our Services include "Stay Details" packages (e.g., Romance Retreats, Gift Setups) that are property-specific.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for providing the correct Cabin/Property Name and Check-in Date at the time of purchase.

  • Delivery Timing: Deliveries are typically completed prior to the standard check-in time of the property. Finns BnB, LLC is not liable for missed deliveries or lost items resulting from incorrect property selections or dates provided by the customer.

SECTION 4 - OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online stores. However, colors or appearance may differ due to your device settings. We do not warrant that the quality of any products or services will meet your expectations. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 5 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Finns BnB, LLC reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. Purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 6 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We will drop off at your accommodation prior to your arrival unless additional products are added that we allow for delivery during stay.  For concierge "Stay Details," delivery is considered complete once the items are placed within or at the designated rental property provided by you.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all trademarks, logos, text, and images, are owned by Finns BnB, LLC and protected by U.S. and foreign laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material on the Services without our prior written consent.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Finns BnB, LLC is powered by Shopify. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Finns BnB, LLC, including any injury or loss resulting from purchased products.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 - PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on intellectual property, or to transmit malicious code. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violating these prohibitions.

SECTION 12 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL Finns BnB, LLC, OUR DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES.

SECTION 13 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where Finns BnB, LLC is headquartered.
